Issuance of Refunds

 

If your product is eligible for a refund, you will receive the refund amount in your wallet once your product is delivered to our stores and inspected by our team, whether you paid by credit/debit card or cash on delivery.

 

In the event that you are eligible for a refund for delivered products, we will refund the product amount within 3 days (excluding original shipping fees and the cost of collecting the product for the return).

 

If the products are faulty or do not match the description on our site; If there is an error on our part, such as a pricing or description error, a delay in delivery, etc.

 

In the case of products that aren't delivered, once you cancel the order, you will receive a full refund.
