For all credit and debit purchases, the billing address you entered on your website account must match. Please note that we accept payment in AED only.

What is your return policy?
I have received a damaged and defective product; can I return it?
If you receive a damaged product with defects, you can return it, but it is required that the original box and proper packaging as we will receive the product and examine whether it is damaged or any damage and then we will complete the return process and refund the price of the product.

If you cancel your order or we do so, the amount due will be returned to your credit / debit card.
If the order has not been delivered and you want to cancel the order, we will transfer the amount to your balance in Kannzz account or we can transfer it to your credit or debit card and it may take up to 30 days to be reflected in your card balance. On bank policy.
Can delivery fees and customs fees be refunded?
Shipping and custom duties, if available, are non-refundable on returns.

The deadline for receiving my order has passed, what can I do?
